When false claims about an individual working for a worthy cause are widely published with great effort, the time comes to expose the truth behind the reckless accusations and hidden agendas—revealing a dangerous betrayal within the very fight to protect the innocent. On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Craig Sawyer of Veterans 4 Child Rescue posted the below statement regarding a man called Mark Anthony. Craig doxxed Mark Anthony in this post and this is a concern for me and others that also work on the frontlines in sex crimes against children. Doxxing someone is not just an ethical issue, but also an egregious safety risk as well. Additionally, Sawyer's wife, Tressa Sawyer challenged me to do my research on this. Challenge accepted, Tressa. I hope you and Craig will retract your statements and issue a public apology to Mark Anthony.Sawyer runs in many of the same circles as a team that I am part of fighting on the frontlines in sex crimes against children. What could happen if he gets upset with another individual or someone on our team? Will he dox them too? I had heard Mark Anthony's name from some people in and throughout the network, but never anything negative. I personally had never spoken to him or worked with him.
I reached out to Mark Anthony through a direct message on Tik Tok and requested if he would speak with me regarding this situation. I spent hours investigating this situation and corresponding with people over the phone. I received copies of receipts aka evidence via e-mails and text messages that I believe clear Mark Anthony's name. However, it brings more questions as to why Craig and Tressa Sawyer would launch such a public attack against someone that does not have near the public profile as the Sawyers do.
Tressa Sawyer states below in an X post, "And you're the "journalist" that can't or is unwilling to do your research. Shame on you"...
Tressa, let me get this straight. You are expressing through your thought process that I errored in asking you for receipts on horrific alleged allegations against someone, but I am the one that needs to do my research and prove that what you are saying is correct?!"
There are two world class investigative journalists that I look up to and ask wise counsel when working on various projects. I will leave them unnamed in this article as they did not get solicited to step into this mess. They both pursue truth and ask questions so that the only thing remaining is the truth. Truth stands on its own two feet.
Craig, I can't say that I have looked up to you. However, I am thankful to anyone who steps into the battlefield to fight in sex crimes against children. I met you last year officially at a spiritual warfare training in California, and I observed a man professing Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior worshiping with tears streaming down his face. I also reached out to a mutual contact to get you on my podcast to help share your story of what was going on in Tennessee. We were unable to align our schedules unfortunately. However, I thought I would at least do whatever I could do in that moment to help you. You probably do not remember me, and that's okay.
I am a fighter. I learned to fight for my life and now for others. There was once a man in my life that told me I would never finish anything, and that I was a screw up. He signed his rights away to me as a baby, and later in life God gave him another chance with me. He chose the bottle and the demons associated with it over an opportunity to have a relationship with his daughter. Those words were etched into my heart for years as an open gushing wound. Now, it is a stone of flaming fire I throw at the Goliath giants in my path.
I did my research and this is what I have found. I will be breaking these down into sections. Here forward there will be less dialogue except to address the accusatory claims and the evidence that was given to me that shuts down alleged allegations.

Craig Sawyer's alleged accusation was that Mark Anthony's badge "is 100% fake" and that he did not represent NIA LLC or V4CR (Veterans for Child Rescue). I have established to you above who Justin Anderson is as the founder, organizer, and manager of NIA, LLC. I was provided a copy of his badge for the NIA, LLC this last week. See below. Remember, I stated to you above to pay attention to the ID number on Mark Anthony's badge. Look at the number sequence of Justin Anderson's badge below.
Justin's badge number is 10-C748. Craig, do you know if Justin secured his PI license? The others? I enlarged this so you could see clearly Justin's face on this badge as well as the badge number. Now, look at Mark's badge again below.
Notice that Mark's badge is in the same signal chat as Justin Anderson—the Justin Anderson who is the founder, organizer, and manager of the National Intelligence Agency, LLC. Remember, Craig Sawyer advised in his own message that Mark did not represent the NIA, LLC, and the NIA on their own website stated he was impersonating with this badge. How is this possible when Justin Anderson has the same badge? How is this possible if Mark is in the same signal chat as Justin Anderson with Mark's own badge presented in above chat? Below, is the same signal chat with Justin (owner) speaking with Mark Anthony.
Craig, I thought you advised us in the public that Mark Anthony's badge and representation with NIA, LLC was "100% fake". I am sure that the above Justin Anderson badge is "100% real". Just to make sure, I compared the Justin Anderson badge with Justin Anderson on Facebook. He was easy to locate. I know it is obnoxiously large, but you should see clearly that is the same Justin Anderson as the one in the badge presented above.

Does Jim Hogg County Sheriff's office approve of Justin's additional badge choice? Craig's next claim was that "law enforcement authorities are aware of his (Mark's) real background and current fraud." Craig recently attended and spoke at a Rev 17 conference event at Glad Tidings in Yuba City, California. It is the same church I met Craig at last year. This is another point in this investigation where people begin to send me more messages and e-mails to clear Mark's name. Many people have fear regarding Craig Sawyer and some of the colleagues he works with. They fear retaliation, and as a result some of their names have been redacted. I will protect their identity, and let each one choose whether they decide to come forward or not.
Craig claimed above that Mark Anthony "does not represent V4CR" and doubled down that he was/is "100% fraud". Listed below is another screen shot in which Craig reiterates his position.
The next two images below are portions from e-mails that originated from Craig Sawyer to Mark Anthony as well as Dakota McCarthy (manager/member of NIA, LLC).
Why did Craig e-mail Mark Anthony if he did not represent V4CR? The next e-mail was sent to Mark Anthony from a staff member of V4CR with a "Independent Contractor Agreement". Why would Mark Anthony receive this e-mail if he did not represent V4CR? Why is Craig hellbent that Mark Anthony has not represented V4CR? See below.
Here is another chat that Mark was a part of within the National Intelligence Agency, LLC. All names have been redacted except for Mark's.
Craig advised in his post that law enforcement knew of Mark Anthony's real background and fraud. Craig's wife Tressa Sawyer and manager/member Dakota McCarthy of NIA, LLC share the below background check that has since been debunked with various individuals to include members that attended the Rev 17 Conference at Glad Tidings Church in Yuba City, California. Additionally, Mark has provided to me a copy of his actual cleared background check. I have only included the front page of the background history to protect all of his family names and personal information.
Mark Anthony's actual background check is clear. Notice the name difference. A novice investigator would know this. These individuals spreading the wrong background check to different parties would know this with all of their years in investigations, correct?
Where are the criminal indicators for Mark Anthony in the report below?
This is a statement from someone who attended the Rev 17 event. I redacted their information to protect their identity. I went to extreme lengths to print out the files and redact the old fashioned way. Technology cannot be trusted. There are too many ways to lift digital redaction methods.
Why was Tressa Sawyer (Craig's wife) and Dakota sharing a background check to other individuals at this event? Why was Dakota flashing his badge at this event? Why not allow law enforcement to do their job in a proper investigation if they were aware of Mark's alleged fraudulent activities as Craig claimed in his post?
Craig Sawyer's final claim in his post is that "Puckett is most reported to us by single females for his advances." There were people immediately coming forward with evidence contrary to this statement upon the release of these accusations. Also, the complaint seemed to come from the same female source.
Find below a text message that has circulated to more than one individual and was sent to Mark Anthony this past week. Why is Christie Hutcherson involving herself in this as well? Is she also working with Craig Sawyer?
Both statements support the defense of Mark Anthony in two different situations involving the same woman, occurring years apart. The first is a copy for a Statement of Fact showing that the statement was sent to Mark Anthony. I have copied the contents of the text over for formatting purposes.

The weekend of August 27th, 2022, Mark A. and I attended an after evwnt get-together at John Q's in Missouri while attending Mike Lindell's election event.
It was pretty packed, and drinks were flowing. I don't drink. Therefore, I was clear-headed.
Mark and I were sitting alone at a high-top table when Christie H. approached us. She said something to the effect of "do you know who I am?" Then, she proceeded with her story about a million dollar bounty on her head and why she had a bodyguard "friend" with her.
She appeared inebriated and spent most her time focusing on Mark during the conversation. Her friend seemed to get annoyed with her flirtatious nature.
Mark seemed completely uninterested, and in fact, when she left, he indicated that he had no interest.
Mark and I shared an air bnb. We consistently traveled to and from there together and without guests. As I recall, it was early nights for both of us.
I saw nothing inappropriate from Mark the entire weekend."
