It's disappointing that it came to this, truly, but I draw a hard line when an organization endorses LGBTQ+ indoctrination of children.
I'm sharing this in hopes that it will encourage you to stop brushing things aside, to stop shelling out excuses for "respectable" organizations when they shill out to the left. Draw a hard line and stick to it. Below is my full letter to the foundation, sent today.
To Senator Elizabeth Dole and Steve Schwab, CEO of the Elizabeth Dole Foundation:
Please accept my declination for attendance to your Heroes and History Makers Celebration as well as the personal invitation extended to Senator Dole’s residence.
I also respectfully submit my resignation as an Elizabeth Dole Fellow Alum. I request that you immediately remove my name from your website and all affiliations.
The reason for my unfortunate request is as follows.
It was brought to my attention that on 09/28/2022, your organization made a tweet that stands in direct contrast with my values and those of conservatism at large. The tweet states, “Now that the school year is in full swing, do the #hiddenhelpers in your life have the resources they need? @militarychild created a toolkit to help! Topics include suicide prevention, diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, LGBTQ+, & more:”
Furthermore, the hyperlink attached to this tweet directed followers to a page outlining and implementing “Social Emotional Learning.”
I cannot and will not be a part of any organization that promotes this ideology. To be clear, the promotion of gender theory confusion and LGBTQ+ indoctrination in youth is no small thing and I will not look past it.
Furthermore, the words “diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice” are nothing more than a slew of codewords for Marxist, woke propaganda. You know what this means: anti-white racism, white guilt, radical immigration ideology– this is what their supposed “well-being toolkit” supplies.
I spoke with a staff member who advised that I should send an email and await a response. I did and received no response. The Foundation should have been quick to retract the tweet, correct the error, and clarify its views on these radically leftist issues, especially that of LGBTQ+ indoctrination.
Unfortunately, the Foundation’s views are crystal clear. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation, and Senator Dole herself, should know better– that the wave of radical gender indoctrination is a direct attack on Truth itself, preying on the vulnerabilities of youth. Children who are being brutally mutilated and chemically castrated today in the name of LGBTQ+ will one day grow up, as many already have, and ask why the adults in the room allowed such atrocities, such lies to go unchecked.
And you will have to answer. Was it for social points? Political appeasement? Sheer carelessness and laziness?
When it comes to abandoning the protection of children and the preservation of Truth, there are no good excuses.
For this reason, I have spoken up and taken a stand, and I will continue to do so until our country is rid of this mess.
My message to those promoting this satanic agenda:
YOU CANNOT HAVE OUR CHILDREN.
Our children will be saved, and America will be saved, if sovereignty is returned to the people and in turn, the people return sovereignty to God.
Respectfully,
Lynz Piper-Loomis
