A Story of Two Sides | Only One of Truth

They say there are two sides to a story. Usually, the truth is woven a bit into each side. This time, the truth stands alone on its own merit on one side.

Wow, what a week we have had here in South Carolina. If you recall, our First Amendment Rights have been under attack this week:

We have a temporary victory, and as some of the leaders of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus have said, "We have won the battle. We still need to win the war." 

H 4735 was not introduced to the South Carolina House Floor yesterday. This is a unusual occurrence as the uni-party regime would normally push this through. The uni-party regime took notice when you stormed them with e-mails and phone calls. The measure passed through the Rules Committee with only one courageous SC Rep voting against it (Representative Kathy Landing). Way to go Rep. Landing! We appreciate you standing with our First Amendment Rights!

Remember, our rights have not been endowed to us by government or legislators. Our unalienable rights have been endowed to us by our Creator. You saw the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate at work this week. Although the South Carolina Freedom Caucus may be smaller in number, they represent a majority when it comes to the citizens of South Carolina because they understand the origins of our unalienable rights. We have this first victory because #WethePeople came in behind the South Carolina Freedom Caucus and stood up, showed up, and spoke up. Way to go TEAM! This is how a government is supposed to operate. A government of the people, by the people, and for the people. I could not be prouder of you.

We still have one more battle to go that is a bit bigger. Now it is time to dig our heels in with all the grit we have in us and get to work. Yes, I have a call to action. I want to show you why it is SO important that you take heed to this call to action and do your part. We know that the problems started at the local level when we see corruption at the highest levels of government.

Last night (Thursday, January 11, 2024), we had a Dorchester County GOP social meeting hosted at the Dorchester County Clubhouse. Now, if you remember, I have already exposed the dirty schemes within our own local party.

At this meeting, our Dorchester County GOP EC Joe Cali announced at the end of the meeting what was going on with H4735. He explained what the uni-party regime was attempting to do (which he was 100% accurate and truthful in his explanation). Dorchester County GOP Chairman Steven Wright publicly rebuked him and said he was spreading misinformation. Also, he was concerned that the alleged misinformation would cause the executive committeemen of the Dorchester County GOP to file censures against our Dorchester County GOP legislators.

He blatantly lied to the crowd with his own interpretation given to him by the those in bed with the swamp. Mr. Cali was met with Mr. Wright silencing him and refusing for Mr. Cali to correct Mr. Wright's lies.

Mr. Wright's actions prove once again that he believes silencing conservatives is okay when it fits his narrative and the narrative of the uni-party."

Truth. I know truth and it fills my being. You are the bold faced blatant liar.

Who was it that awarded @ChrisMurphySC98 with legislator of the year without taking a vote from the Dorchester County GOP EC's? That's right. It was you.

You chose your bias of your friend/client over clear ethical judgement. We don't celebrate his work ethics or lack of showing up to work at the statehouse.

We don't celebrate him choosing the bottle over showing up to work. We don't celebrate him not stepping aside and letting another serve so he could get help.

He blocked all anti-human trafficking legislation. He didn't join the @SCFreedomCaucus when they shut down the pediatric chemical castration/sterilization clinic at MUSC. He didn't join @ThomasBeach in shutting down drag shows exploiting minors.

He chose vacation over showing up to work when the dems brought approximately 1,000 amendments to combat the heartbeat bill in favor of abortion. The list is long.

He has had our voice absent a vote in SC 3,111 times since he took office and over 700 absences in 2022 / 2023.

Who is the coward here?

You are! Because you won't stand up for truth when it matters most.

You should champion accountability. Instead you roll around in the mud with corruption."

This is what nasty corrupt politics looks like at the local level. Do not let their corruption take up employment in your head. Stand on truth, speak up with truth, and show up with truth. 

Mr. Wright just solidified why we must push harder to make sure that our freedoms are fully restored, defended, protected, and preserved. Do not let their three-ring circus become your place of residence. Let them talk about membership (which is dwindling). They could learn a thing or two from President Donald J. Trump in the crowds that he gathers when he speaks if they want to increase their membership. Let them talk about money. Money that good ole Ronna has used for private jets and lavish vacations. That is the game of the Republican party, but it is the not the reality of #WethePeople. We are faced with the greatest crisis this country has ever seen. 

God will use us as the solutions with the problems we face here in America if we will stay engaged and continue in these battles at the most local level. Do not let these regimes have power over you. They cannot take your voice unless you let them. 

A real coward is a man like Steven who will not stand up for truth when it matters most.

Be brave like Mr. Joe Cali and speak up in your community. Tell people what is going on and get them gathered around you. You change your entire community by gathering those around you in your sphere of influence. That is where real authority comes from and grows exponentially. I learned this from wise counsel. 

South Carolina, we need you this weekend. Our children need you, and our community needs you. 

Go to https://www.scstatehouse.gov/ and type your address in "Find Your Legislator". The South Carolina Representatives will pop up. Call them, e-mail this weekend, and let your voices be heard. Let them know you do not support House Resolution H. 4735. 

Also, make sure you let them know to vote in favor of SC H. 4624 / Gender Reassignment Procedures. They will probably be voting on this Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
