Taking a Stand Against Online Harassment and Defamation

For months, I have endured a relentless campaign of online harassment, threats, and defamation. What began as isolated incidents has escalated into a pattern of behavior designed to intimidate, harm my reputation, and make me fear for my safety. Today, I am taking legal action to protect myself, my family, and my work.

Through my attorney, Geoffrey K. Chambers, Esq., I have formally demanded that Ms. Guskin cease and desist from making threatening and defamatory posts about me on social media. If this harassment continues, we will file a lawsuit seeking relief for stalking, harassment, and defamation.

The False Accusations

Ms. Guskin has repeatedly made serious, completely baseless allegations against me on social media platforms. These include falsely calling me a "child predator" and a "satanist." These are not opinions or criticism—they are deliberate lies intended to destroy my reputation and credibility.

Under South Carolina law, these statements constitute defamation. They have damaged my personal and professional standing, caused immense emotional distress, and put my family at risk.

Let me be absolutely clear: These accusations are completely false. They have no basis in fact whatsoever. They are malicious lies designed to harm me and the work I do.

The Threats

Beyond defamation, Ms. Guskin has posted numerous threatening statements directed at me. These are not vague or ambiguous—they are explicit threats that have caused me to fear for my physical safety.

Examples of threatening statements include:

  • "Don't worry. You'll be removed from the equation in due time."
  • "You are going to find out why I survived and you won't."
  • "We're gonna go rounds. I'm telling you. We're gonna go rounds mutherfucker."
  • "I don't jump for many. As you well know. But for you? Worth it."

These statements serve no legitimate purpose. They are designed to intimidate, to instill fear, and to cause emotional harm. As my attorney has stated, these threats are clearly intended to make me fear assault, bodily injury, and even death.

Why I'm Speaking Out

I did not want to be in this position. I have tried to focus on my work and ignore the harassment, hoping it would stop. But it hasn't. Instead, it has intensified.

No one should have to endure what I have experienced. The internet and social media are not lawless spaces where anyone can say anything without consequence. There are laws against stalking, harassment, and defamation—and those laws exist for a reason.

I am taking this legal action not just for myself, but to send a clear message: threatening and defamatory behavior will not be tolerated. People who engage in this conduct will be held accountable.

Moving Forward

I hope that Ms. Guskin will comply with the cease and desist demand and immediately stop posting threatening and defamatory content about me. If she does, perhaps this matter can be resolved without further legal action.

However, if the harassment continues, I am fully prepared to pursue this matter through the courts. I will not be intimidated. I will not allow my reputation to be destroyed by lies. And I will not live in fear.

To those who have supported me through this difficult time: thank you. Your encouragement and belief in me have meant more than you know.

To others who may be experiencing similar harassment: you are not alone. You do not have to suffer in silence. There are legal remedies available, and you have the right to protect yourself.

I will continue my work with renewed determination. I will not be silenced.
