Virginia Public School Official Tells Parents It is a Felony Crime to Unmask Their Children in the Classroom

A Loudon County, Va. assistant principal can be heard telling parents that it is a felony crime to drop their children off unmasked at school.

She can be heard in leaked audio of a phone call to parents explaining that dropping children off without a required mask is a trespassing offense, which is a Class I felony in Virginia punishable by a jail sentence of one year and a $2,500 fine.

“Until you arrive, your children will be held in an in-school restriction situation here at school…It is important that I point out to you that they are not allowed on campus or allowed on Loudon County public school property. Starting tomorrow, it will be considered trespassing so it is important that I make that statement to you,” the bureaucrat told parents.

She added that students would receive suspensions as long as they refused the forced mask orders.
